At Five Star Sitters, we strive to provide you with high-quality, affordable care for all of your on-call babysitting needs. Our entire team of Care Providers is background checked, reference checked, and CPR/First Aid certified.
Once you have completed the following steps, we will match a sitter to you based on their experience, availability, and other specifics you outline within the family profile when signing up for our services:
- Create an account
- Complete the family profile
- Purchase a reservation package
- Book a sitter
- Hold tight and enjoy your day! A Five Star Sitters' team member will reach out to you to confirm your reservation and complete your request.
We do ask for at least 24 hours notice for reservations. However, we understand emergencies happen. Reservations made within 12 hours of the reservation start time cannot be guaranteed.
Please note: Five Star Sitters has Care Providers available 24 hours per day. However, we only accept new reservation requests between the hours of: Monday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday 9:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. All reservations made outside of these times will be handled the following business day.
Reservation Fees
- Single Reservation - $20.00
- 5 Reservation Package - $75.00
- 10 Reservation Package - $125.00
- Monthly Membership - $59 per month
Please note: once we have confirmed a sitter for a reservation request, the reservation fee is nonrefundable.
Hourly Rate
The hourly rate starts at $11.00 per hour for one child and is $1.00 more for each additional child. We do have a 3-hour minimum. You will be responsible for paying the sitter directly for the hours worked.
Additional Fees
There will be an additional $10.00 charge for all reservations made within 12 hours of the reservation start time.
